I need help buying Fraps

Hello, chaps.

Okay, so, I'm 15 and I can't buy with Paypal, even as a guest.
I have a Visa Debit Card but whenever I try to pay as a guest it says that I cannot use this card. Which sucks really..
I was wondering if you could help me out here? Maybe use Google Checkout?
