So I have been trying to record Minecraft but when I hit record the frames drop instantly from 50 down to 3 Any suggestions? My Specs are: Proccesor:AMD Turion II P540 Dual-Core @ 2.40 GHz RAM: 4.00 GB Video Card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Hard Drive:TOSHIBA MK5055GSX ATA DEVICE
Thats a very slow laptop drive, if you have an esata or USB3.0 port to use, I would encourage you to give that a go with a decent external drive.
Processor is beyond lousy. Graphics card is really poor. Don't expect to record anything with that. You definitely need a new PC with an Intel Core 2 Quad or higher processor and an ATI Radeon HD 5700 or better graphics card. nVidia cards are alright but just a bit too bloated imo.
