I've been using fraps for a long time, but in every game I play, and there are a lot of them mind you, the audio lags in the recorded sample. In the beginning it starts off in sync and gets progressively worse.
There are other threads on the internet about this, and I've tried all the options they suggest including splicing the sound via programs such as VirtualDub or Vegas. But I would prefer to solve the problem at its roots. Another suggestion is to reduce the quality of the audio sampling from 48,000 hz to 44,100 hz. And I'm telling you, nothing works.
I am using Realtek HD audio, which I figure is the issue.
If anyone can offer some suggestions, I would appreciate it, as there are others out there I'm sure that are having this issue as well.
