How to only record the game sounds?

Hello me and my friend are about to make a Counter-Strike movie. We will be using Fraps to record our clips. While recording we will be speaking in Skype and/or listening to music. So my question is how is it possible to only record the game sounds from Counter-Strike without recording our Skype conversation or our music.Also, I've been having trouble changing my sound input, I've read some FAQs and read forums, but I can't seem to be able to change it, any ideas?

You would need to have 2 audio devices in your system so that you could tell fraps to only record from a specific device. For example, a logitech USB headset and a soundblaster soundcard. Both would be an option to record from, but if you rigged it up properly you could feed music/skype through your headset and game sound through the soundblaster, and set fraps to record the soundblaster output.
