Fraps and Ventrilo

Ok, my first post. I use fraps and ventrilo. Screenshot below of settings for both. My problem is that when I record fraps everyone on my ventrilo server gets loud sound coming from me. What is the best way for me to configure to avoid this?

What kind of loud sound are they hearing? You might try setting hardware input mixer to 'none'.

they say it sounds like the game sound effects at full blast, with some crackles

Yeah, try setting the hardware mixer to 'none' in ventrilo. you shouldn't need that to talk with people.
