Sound while recording

Ok this latest update I can now record flight sim action. Everything is nice except that every video i make the sound it a few seconds faster than footage. Anyone have this problem? Any insight would be great! Thanks

do you have the option that syncs sound and video active?

Doesn't it say don't sync sound while recording? Anyways I have tried it a few times with it on and off and it seems to be the same. Is there anything else I could do?

you could lower the sampling rate on your soundcard to see if that fixes the issue.

try 44.1 if that option is available.

I will give it a try..... I use a laptop I'm not sure if its a intergrated soundcard.

Ok i just took a look at the menu on Fraps. It has a box that you can check for "dont sync audio and video" is that the option i am supposed to try? I want to sync the sound. I am going to look around and see what the sampling rate it on my card and try that too.

you want to keep the sound synced, but sampling rate has an impact on that I believe so it can become out of sync even with the option checked
