Few old memers in m guild for EQ2 Fraps randsom thing for fun and are gone now. I've gone thro man poste on this site to see if anyone has the same problem but none seem to be quite exactly explained What I'm getting.First I never got feedback when speaking on ventrilo but after I got fraps the sound that was recorded was bearly a whisper. I found that the "stereo mix" had to be not be unmuted (not checked) to have sound be heard to record sound with Fraps in which I read from the FAQ from the quote below.
After I found that problem I got extreamly bad feed back when trying to speak on ventrilo. I believe they got my voice plus the game sound too and other voices at the same time instead of just my voice.
Main question and to the point is there a way to not check and uncheck every time I want to switch being able to speak without feedback or to use fraps (would be great to do both)
As for the sound system it's "Realtek HD Audio"
How can I adjust the volume of the sound that is recorded? You must configure the volume through the "Sounds and Audio Devices" item in the Control Panel. Use the following steps:Click on the Control Panel and select Sounds And Audio. Click on the Audio tab. Find the Sound Recording device and click Volume. Adjust the volume for the Input that Fraps is recording from. This is usually named "What U Hear", "Record Master", or "Stereo Mixer".
